Once the president’s speech ended… cable came back to life.
This is Cable TV, not to be subject of blackouts because of a “cadena nacional” which not any other channel even seemed to comply with.
I pay for a service, i expect my cable operator to comply… There are no terms in the contract that stipulate that “when the president has a speech we will suspend your liberties”.
So please cable operator… keep your end of the deal.
